Sean   has  spent 30 years in music as a performer and writer  firstly as the co founder of Microdisney in the 1980s, then as the founder of The High Llamas. 

Sean  was also a part time member of Stereolab providing brass and string arrangements , as well as multi- instrumental additions.

 Since 1998   Sean has  collaborated with artists  from all over the world  , providing string and brass arrangements..

These artists include Gilberto Gil, Paul Weller  .

 Super Furry Animals, Doves , Gruff Rhyse , Ian Brodie, Miles Kane, Elza Souares, Vanessa Da Mata, Sondre Lechre , Francois and the Atlas Mountains , The Charlatans and Tim Burgess.

Sean has scored 5 feature films since 2000 and  collaborated with The Barbican Centre and South Bank Centre  (London) as a musical director and curator. He also works with a number of contemporary visual artists providing project  soundtracks .
